We are open year-round and are dedicated to making your stay in the Adirondacks a pleasant and restful one.
The Alpenhaus Motel is located on Route 9 in Queensbury, in the heart of the shopping district. We sit adjacent to many clothing and shoe stores, restaurants, bike shops, specialty houseware stores, and are a short drive to the Aviation Mall. Also afforded you are various amusement parks and mini golf courses, just a walk away.

Attractions
Queensbury and Lake George offer countless activities to fill up your summer or winter days. Lake George itself is a short distance away with great swimming, boating and other outdoor fun. The Aviation Mall offers shopping in a centralized location, and the Glenn Drive In theater offers double features for only $6 per adult attendee. For a quick snack, we are very near to Pizza Hut, McDonalds and Subway as well as other local eateries. Hiking trails are prolific, with several just a short drive from town.
